Prices may change without notice. However, commissions requested prior to a change will not be affected.
Prices may vary depending on project complexity.
I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
Once the commission is paid, there will be no refunds.
In case of not having a visual character reference (for example, only having moodboard images or a written description), the custom design will be charged with an additional fee depending on complexity.PAYMENT
Full payment must be given upfront.
I accept payments through Paypal invoices, VGen or Ko-Fi only, all prices listed are USD dollar currency.RIGHTS
As the creator of the artwork, I retain all rights to it. This includes using the piece for self-promotion and portfolio examples, unless the client requests otherwise.
My clients have the right to use the piece for personal and non-commercial purposes without the need of a permission.Additional rights and details are discussed privately.COMMISSION PROCESS
I will review the project idea with the client; be it the character, the background, etc.
Depending on my queue, it can take up to 3 months to complete commissions. The client may establish a deadline for an additional fee.
Once the piece is complete, my client will receive the PNG file(s) through email.
If I'm not able to complete the project, I'll issue a refund.USE OF ART
My art can not be claimed ownership over or used to generate profit, whether in the form of prints, stickers, key chains, or in any other way.
My art can not be used to feed AI.
